Each session is a space just for you — a pause in the noise, a place to return to yourself.
We begin with where you are. That might mean untangling thoughts, navigating a decision, exploring a recurring pattern, or reconnecting to your values.
I guide with questions, reflections, and grounded tools — drawing from psychology, coaching, and storytelling. There’s no script, but there is a steady rhythm: clarity, compassion, and forward movement.
You don’t need to prepare anything. Just bring yourself exactly as you are.

Therapy often focuses on healing — looking into the past to process pain, trauma, or mental health challenges. Coaching, on the other hand, is future-focused. It’s about where you are now and where you want to go.
In coaching, we don’t diagnose or treat. Instead, we explore clarity, purpose, and aligned action. It’s about building emotional endurance, making empowered choices, and stepping into the version of you that’s waiting to be lived.
That said — the lines can blur. My background in psychology brings depth and sensitivity, but coaching stays in the realm of growth, not clinical care.

Absolutely. Many people find that coaching and therapy complement each other beautifully.
While therapy may help you process and heal, coaching can support you in taking aligned, forward-moving steps in your everyday life. Think of it as building on what you’ve uncovered in therapy — bringing insight into action.
We’ll stay within the boundaries of coaching: no diagnoses, no clinical treatment. But if you’re working with a therapist and want support with goals, decisions, or life direction, coaching can be a powerful companion on the climb.

The Mountain of Yes is for anyone standing at the edge of change — or longing for it.
It’s for people who want more clarity, more courage, more alignment.
For those asking, “Is this it?” and sensing the answer is no, there’s more.
It’s for the ones who are done shrinking, done waiting, done pretending. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need a perfect plan.
You just need the willingness to show up — for yourself, and for what’s next. -
Most climbers find that bi-weekly sessions create the best rhythm — enough space to integrate insights, but not so much time that momentum gets lost.
That said, this journey is personal. Some move faster, some deeper. We'll adjust the pace depending on what feels most supportive for you.
All session packages are valid for 12 months, so there’s no pressure. This is your mountain, your timing.
-
Both are possible — but whenever we can, I love working in person. There’s something powerful about sharing space, especially for deep work.
In-person sessions take place at Mindspace, Uhlandstraße 32 in Berlin — a calm and beautifully designed space in the heart of the city.
That said, online sessions are just as effective and offer flexibility for those outside Berlin or with full schedules. Whether on screen or in the room, the work is real. We’ll choose what feels right for you.

The first step is to book a free Intro Call. This is a 30-minute conversation where we’ll get to know each other, explore what you’re looking for, and see if one of my coaching programs is the right fit. It’s also your chance to ask any questions and get a real sense of how I work.
If we both feel it’s the right match, you’ll receive a follow-up email with a link to purchase your chosen package and schedule your first session. From there, the journey begins.
